Haggen Walker

Region 1-2 President

Haggen Walker is a Rising senior at Coeur d’Alene high school. He has served on student council for the past two years and is in his 3rd and final year. In his free time he loves to run, play soccer, swim, and go outside. Haggen currently is involved in a multitude of other extracurricular positions like Key Club Lieutenant Governor, Idaho SADD State President, and SADD National Board Member! He looks forward to the year ahead and to see you all at state! 

Molly Randall

Region 3 President

Molly Randall is a senior at Kuna High School. This is her fourth year serving in student council and she loves it! She grew up playing basketball and swimming but now devotes her time to friends & family, napping, working out, and boating. She is excited to meet and hangout with all of you at state this year!!

Avery Bailey

Region 4 President

Avery is the Region 4 president, she has been in Student Council at TFHS for the past three years and is beginning her fourth! She enjoys playing and watching soccer in her spare time, as well as, hanging out with her friends and shopping. While she loves the hot weather and being outside, fall is really when she thrives. Between all the seasons of sports, Avery can’t help but be the loudest at every event and be known for her passionate and cheerful voice!

Emmett Smith

Region 5-6 President

Hi! I’m Emmett Smith, a senior at Pocatello High School and IASC region 5/6 president! A few things about me are that I love to play varsity soccer, go boating, and hang out with friends. I also competitively race mountain bikes all across the nation. Mountain biking is my favorite thing in the whole wide world!! I have a deep love for people including so many friends I’ve met through student councils. I’m very close to my family who always has my back, but knows when to humble me from time to time. I’m so thankful for the opportunity to be part of IASC as the region 5/6 president. I CAN’T WAIT FOR STATE CONFERENCE!!!! See ALL of you there!  

Laura Tolzman

Region 2-3 Director

Aside from being the Region 1-2 Director, Laura Tolzmann also teaches Health, First Aid, Assistant AD at Lake City High School in Coeur d Alene. She coaches soccer and softball and is a basketball and lacrosse mom all the way. She spends countless hours cheering her kids on! When she can find the time, she loves to be at the lake, camp, and travel.

Andi Arnold

Andi serves as an instructional coach and the driving force behind the Student Leadership program. For 15 years, she's also been the dedicated adviser for the Student Council. Andi earned her MAT in English from the University of Idaho, showcasing her commitment to education. Outside of school, she embraces her roles as a wife and mother, and channels her energy into the sport of roller derby.
