Chloe is the Region 3 President. This is her 4th year at Eagle High School and her 7th year in Student Council. She loves to listen to music and dance at any free moment. She loves to go line dancing on the weekends and eat Costa Vida. Her goal this year is to bring a fun environment to schools and encourage participation from everyone.

Brayln is the Region 4 President and a Senior at Kimberly. Brayln is entering his fourth year in Student Council and loves being involved in school leadership. He’s a state finalist in athlete, and he is also a member of NHS. When he’s not busy with school, you can find him at work, spending time with friends, spending way to much money, or most likely at McDonald’s eating a McChicken and drinking a Diet Coke.

Ethan is the Region ⅚ President and a Senior at Madison High School in Rexburg, ID. Ethan loves being involved in school activities, and is entering his second year in Student Council. He plays Tennis and Golf, and is involved in NHS, Key Club, and Orchestra. He also currently serves as a BPA State Officer. When he’s not at school, you can catch him reading, listening to a podcast, or playing a sport outside!
Laura Tolzman
Region 2-3 Director
Aside from being the Region 1-2 Director, Laura Tolzmann also teaches Health, First Aid, and Student Council at Lake City High School in Coeur d Alene. She coaches soccer and softball and is a basketball and lacrosse mom all the way. She spends countless hours cheering her kids on! When she can find the time, she loves to be at the lake, camp, and travel.

Andi serves as an instructional coach and the driving force behind the Student Leadership program. For 15 years, she's also been the dedicated adviser for the Student Council. Andi earned her MAT in English from the University of Idaho, showcasing her commitment to education. Outside of school, she embraces her roles as a wife and mother, and channels her energy into the sport of roller derby.

I work for Kimberly High School as a CTE Digital Media teacher. This is my 5th year of teaching and my 4th year as Student Council Advisor. My whole goal this year is to focus on school culture. I want the vibe of the school to be welcoming, fun, and somewhere kids want to come and be involved. I am an avid reader who listens to books at 3.0 to 3.5 speed, I enjoy working out, and walking. I love to be outside as much as possible, especially in the mountains. I have 4 children ages 18, 16, 11, and 8. The oldest is a girl and the rest are boys. I have been married for 18 years and I love spending time with my husband and children.

Kellie Maughan is currently teaching at Pocatello High School in Pocatello, Idaho, where she teaches Sports Psychology, Japanese, Psychology and Health. She is the Foreign Language/Health and PE Department Chair. Kellie has served as a student government advisor for 10 years and the IASC Region 5-6 Director for three years. This is her 3rd year as Director of Idaho Association of Student Councils. Kellie is married Todd and mother of 4 children, Thomas, Lydia, Rebekah and Genevieve. She loves to camp, hike, travel and downhill ski, she enjoys all sports.
