What is an "Activity Showcase"?
The "Activity Showcase" is a meeting where Student Association and club representatives present their trimester activity and budget plans to the Student Affairs Committee. Guided by Student Affairs staff, students discuss, revise, and finalize proposals before official submission.

Online Registration: Register two representatives (1 presenter and 1 follower).
Download File: Get the budget presentation template from the registration website.
Club Meeting: Plan the budget and activities, and prepare presentation materials.
Check the Schedule: Review the presentation schedule, released one week before the event.
Present: Present your activity and budget plan at the assigned time.
