In our Lab, we conducts advanced research in analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit (IC) design for next-generation electronic systems. Our focus spans across multiple domains, from power conversion and wireless energy systems to sensor interfaces and hardware security.
Our main research areas include:
Power Conversion IC (Charger & PMIC): Development of high-efficiency power conversion circuits tailored to the power demands of a wide range of electronic applications.
Wireless Power Transfer & Energy Harvesting: Coil-based wireless power transmission and energy extraction from various environmental sources to enable battery-less systems.
Sensor Readout IC: Amplification and processing of small output signals from automotive and biomedical sensors with high reliability.
Envelope Tracking: High-speed power supply circuits for advanced wireless communication systems such as 5G.
Stimulator: Design of implantable stimulation circuits for bioelectronic applications.
Security Enhancing Circuits: Analog circuit techniques to protect against power side-channel attacks and secure data from leakage.
