집적회로 및 시스템 연구실에서는 다양한 아날로그 회로 설계 분야에 대해서 연구하며, 연구실의 학부 연수 과정 및 대학원 과정을 통해 우리나라 반도체 산업의 훌륭한 인재로 성장하는 것을 목표로 합니다.

The demand for System Semiconductor is accelerating rapidly due to the higher growth in worldwide consumer electronics and the home automation market with smart technologies. Although our country, Korea, has gained a reputation as the world's biggest memory chip provider with a market share of over 60 percent, it has been weak in the system semiconductor (non-memory) market with a mere 3 percent share. Therefore, not only the industry but also government are now focusing on the system semiconductor field stronger than ever to dominate this market.

The integrated circuit design is a very practical and industry-friendly research area which is the key of the system semiconductor industry. We will investigate lots of interesting challenges and strive for excellence and innovation in the research. Through ICS (integrated circuits and systems) lab, you will be trained to be a technical expert and can lead the future of the system semiconductor industry.
