Dr. Truong Thi Nam Thang is Director of the Center for Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CSIE), and associate professor at National Economics University (NEU). She has been organiser for 3 international conferences on social innovation and entrepreneurship in the partnership between NEU and British Council Vietnam. She is co-founder and chair of the Vietnam Social Enterprise Scholars Network (VSES), co-founding director of PRME ASEAN +1. Being a professor in responsible business, Thang is an international researcher and impact investor herself.

Patsian is the Director for the Asia Policy Forum and brings with her over 20 years of work experience from private and civic sectors, crossing the fields of social finance, social entrepreneurship, impact philanthropy and non-profit leadership. Richard Hazenberg, University of Northampton, UK
Dr Hazenberg (BA MA PhD) is a Principal Researcher and Research Leader of the Institute for Social Innovation and Impact at the University of Northampton. Richard leads the Institute for Social Innovation and Impact at the University and has published research in numerous international, peer-reviewed academic journals.
He has also presented research papers at conferences in Europe, Asia and America and has contributed to international/national government policy through papers and roundtable meetings (including for the European Commission; Cabinet Office; and HM Treasury). Dr Hazenberg is on the editorial board of the Social Enterprise Journal and is a reviewer for a number of international peer-review journals including Policy and Politics, Public Management Review, Public Money and Management, the Journal of Social Policy and the Journal of Social Entrepreneurship.
Hieu Van Ngo, University of Calgary, Canada
Dr. Hieu Van Ngo is grounded in diverse life experience, education and professional practice. He spent three years in a refugee camp in Thailand, and has experienced life as a first generation Canadian in Canada. Hieu is known as an advocate for diversity and inclusion, and as a community builder. Trained as a social worker, Hieu is known as both a critical thinker and a pragmatic practitioner. He has successfully led several community mobilizing and participatory action research initiatives. His work has resulted in a series of policy and practical publications. Hieu is an active volunteer in the community. Over the years, he has supported a number of organizations, including: the Ethnocultural Council of Calgary, Calgary Foundation, All Nations Theatre, Center for Newcomers, Asian Heritage Foundation, and Calgary Vietnamese Youth Association. Ngo has received a number of awards for his work, including the Terry Fox Humanitarian Award, Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada Doctoral Scholarship, and Izaak Walton Killam Scholarship Award. Hieu is an assistant professor in the Faculty of Social Work at the University of Calgary.
Tristan Ace, British Council, HongKong
Tristan Ace leads the British Council's Social Enterprise programme across Asia, where he is based in Hong Kong, Tristan has also managed social enterprise programmes in mainland China, where he was based in Beijing. Tristan spent 4 years in Myanmar where he worked to develop the nascent social enterprise sector from 2011. The British Council's social enterprise programme operates in 12 countries in Asia and delivers a range of support from capacity building to government advisory. Tristan has led on developing this strategy and worked with governments to support social enterprise across the region. In Myanmar he worked with the government to deliver the first social enterprise policy dialogue with the Ministry of National Planning in 2014, in India he has been working with the recently formed Ministry of Skills and Entrepreneurship and in Bangladesh he has recently been developing in initiative on social investment with the Bangladesh Central Bank. In addition he has developed the British Council's capacity building programme across Asia and developed the recently launched Business and Investment Readiness programme. Before moving to Asia, Tristan spent five years in Central and Eastern Europe. Overall Tristan has worked in over 20 countries in Europe, Asia and Africa and most recently has launched the British Council's social enterprise programme in Ghana, Kenya and Ethiopia.
Jinsuk Kim, Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency (KoSEA), Korea
Jinsuk Kim is Team Leader of Supporting Establishment Team, Cooperative Division, Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency(KoSEA). He is in charge of directing authorization process of Social Cooperatives. He also took part in directing certification process of Social Enterprises when he was in Supporting Certification Team.
Jinsuk has worked for Korean government for 2 decades including his 16 years of experience in Korea Workers’ Compensation & Welfare Service(COMWEL). In COMWEL he participated in relief works, i.e., providing business startup funds and living allowances to 0.3 million people with $1.7 billion of public fund, developing & operating startup supporting program for long-term unemployed, matriarch and unemployed youth during the IMF crisis. The program became the primary model of relief works in Korea. He also published several reports; Legal Understanding of Civil Action 2000); Legal Understanding of Leasehold Rights(2000); Analysing the Economic Impact of Social Enterprises(2016). The reports written in 2000 were used as guide books for relief works.

Dr. A. Prasetyantoko is now Rector of Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. He obtained his PhD in Economics from Ecole Normale Supérieure de Lyon (France) in 2008 and Master degree from University of Science and Technology, Lille 1 in 2001. He got the scholarship from French Government. He teaches International business, business strategy, and corporate governance. He previously Dean of Faculty of Business Administration and chair of institute for research and community service at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. He is also an independent commissioner of PT. Prudential Life Assurance Indonesia.
Young-bohk Cho, Pusan National University, Korea
Young-bohk Cho is professor of Business School at Pusan National University, he is currently President of Research Institute for Social Enterprise, Standing director of EASY LIFE (Social Enterprise).
Prof Cho is specialized in corporate strategic management and organization management, with his writings of ‘The Principle of Management’, ‘The Strategic Management’, ‘Organization Management’. Since 2010, he has translated 12 books regarding Social Enterprise. In 2012, One of his writings, ‘Social Enterprise, a Story of Beautiful Management’, was selected as an excellent academic book. With high interest in social enterprises, he has been conducting comparative researches on the promotion policies for social enterprise on an international basis for 10 years. As a member of the SROI Network, he is also highly interested in measurement of social enterprises’ performance. In 2012, he received the Medal of Civil Merit in recognition of contributing to development of the nation and its societies thought the promotion of social enterprises in Korea.
