ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

An academic conference is like a bricolage of ideas. A complete portrait of the ideas can be obtained when there are voices from all walks of life producing a holistic picture of the symbiotic relationship between society, development, education and industry. We are going through a time where there are so many uncertainties surrounding us like the pandemic, economic downturn throughout all economies, war and changing fabric of the society due to rapidly changing technology and huge disruptions arising out of it. Current times call for a more interdisciplinary approach in academic research along with academia orienting itself towards producing socially oriented professionals for our industries. Technology is driving change and growth more than ever and it is affecting society and industry in ways never experienced before. This evolving scenario also requires a greater understanding of the change in order to address the needs of our society pertaining to upgrading old laws and the need for better implementation of the existing laws.

The Constitution of India is the longest in the world, we have plenty of laws that address almost everything, touching every aspect of the composite culture and structure of the Indian society but at the time of implementation, some issues are experienced at the sociopolitical, management, ethical or economic level. Various researches have also established the same. Moreover, in this changing scenario, a few more laws are needed which can help tackle the new challenges. Through the deliberations in this conference, it is expected that some concrete ideas will emerge which will definitely help in addressing the current situation and positively contribute towards nation-building and the vision of New India. Taking a deeper look into our current networked society, we find that social scientists also have a greater task at hand in understanding the changes and disruptions occurring in our social texture because of the complex intermingling of the human-technology interface leading to newer patterns of communication in society. Educationists need to understand and incorporate technology as a tool in dissipating knowledge and education and come to terms with the fact that these changes are here to stay. The change process was already there but it gathered steam recently on account of the pandemic which required us to adopt these methods and processes more rapidly. The new education policy by the government of India is one such step to broaden the horizon of conventional education and accept and welcome change.

Hence, this international conference is being organized with the objective to have voices from various institutions and numerous specializations in order to generate a holistic picture of our current day academia, society and industry. Delegates and participants in the conference are expected to exchange ideas about advancements in management, law, education and technology keeping in mind and promoting the interdisciplinary nature of discourse as demanded by our time and society.

Guidelines for Paper Submission:

Ø Research papers should be original unpublished works that follow the conference theme; The word limit would be 200 to 300 words for structured abstracts (with a few Key Words) and 3,000 to 5,500 words for research papers.

Ø The structured abstract should specify the research objectives, methodology, and major findings.

Ø The text should be written in A4 size, Times New Roman, font size-12 with 1.5-line spacing; The reference style should be APA (6th edition).

Publication Opportunity:

Selected papers will be published in UGC Care/Scopus Indexed Journals after going through Internal review and a double-blind review process by the Publisher. The author/s will be required to submit a declaration regarding the originality of the work. The publication will be subject to the Plagiarism rules of the Journal.

Authors shall have to pay a publication fee to cover the cost of publishing at the time of publication.
