Iconic Allstars Conditioning

UPDATE: PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT OUR CALENDAR TO FIND THE DATES AND TIMES OF OUR UPCOMING VIRTUAL CLASSES!

Proposed Plan:

On the days that you normally practice, you should be working on your sections. Focus on your motions and performing. You should also be stretching for at least 15 minutes and working your jumps (jump conditioning) for at least 15 minutes.

On the days that you do not practice, pick a few things from the "conditioning ideas" page and complete them. You should aim to condition for 30 minutes or more.

Pick one day to be your "rest day". Make sure you are still stretching on this day.

Example plan for a Supermodel Athlete:

Monday (practice day):

  • Work beginning of routine through elite stunt (first half of routine). Do routine and motions in the mirror, focusing on being tight and performing.

  • Jump conditioning for 15 minutes

  • Stretch for 15 minutes

Tuesday (non practice day)

  • At least 30 minutes of conditioning

Wednesday (practice day):

  • Work from the end of elite stunt to the end of the routine (second half of routine). Do routine and motions in the mirror, focusing on being tight and performing.

  • Jump conditioning for 15 minutes

  • Stretch for 15 minutes

Thursday (non practice day):

  • At least 30 minutes of conditioning

Friday (non practice day):

  • Work dance

  • At least 30 minutes of conditioning

Saturday

  • At least 30 minutes of conditioning

Sunday

  • Stretching day

Please make sure you are taking a picture or video and uploading it on the "Submit conditioning videos" page

We are expecting athletes to complete these everyday but only need to submit 3 pictures or videos per week (must be from separate days)

Athletes should still fill out and submit the form each day
