Please carefully review the guidelines below to ensure your poster presentation runs smoothly.
All attendees must check in at the registration desk upon arrival.
Attendees must wear their conference badges at all times during the event.
Please arrive at the conference venue at least 30 minutes before your presentation.
Attendees are required to turn off or silence their mobile phones during presentations to avoid disruptions.
All posters must adhere to a maximum size of A0 or 24" x 36".
Please ensure that your poster is easy to read and includes the main research question or objective, methodology, key findings and conclusions. Please keep the content concise and avoid overwhelming attendees with too much text or data.
Posters should be printed in advance and brought to the conference venue for display. Printing services will not be provided onsite.
Poster boards will be provided for display. Each presenter will be assigned a specific poster board for display, and instructions for setup and removal will be provided.
A designated poster session will be held during the conference, and presenters are expected to be available to answer questions and discuss their research with attendees during this time. A schedule of poster sessions will be provided in advance.
It is recommended that presenters leave their contact details on their posters for any follow-up questions or collaboration opportunities.
Food and beverages will be provided during the scheduled break times.
Please be mindful of social distancing and follow any additional safety guidelines provided by the conference organizers and venue.
