We are pleased to offer both in-person and remote presentation options for our upcoming Conference! Please carefully review the guidelines below to ensure your in-person presentation runs smoothly.
All attendees must check in at the registration desk upon arrival.
Attendees must wear their conference badges at all times during the event.
Please arrive at the conference venue at least 30 minutes before your presentation.
Attendees are required to turn off or silence their mobile phones during presentations to avoid disruptions.
All conference sessions will be diffused on Google Meet for foreign participants and virtual attendances.Â
A computer and projector will be provided, so no need to bring your own equipment.
Please bring your presentation materials on a USB drive in PDF format.
Please also make an online backup copy or send as your PDF file beforehand at the link below.
Please ensure that your presentation materials are compatible with Windows operating system.
Food and beverages will be provided during the scheduled break times.
Please be mindful of social distancing and follow any additional safety guidelines provided by the conference organizers and venue.
If you have any special needs or requirements, please inform the conference organizers in advance so that appropriate accommodations can be made.
