1. Introduction Welcome to NetShare - WiFi Hotspot Proxy, developed by hamad essa ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a secure user experience. This Privacy Policy outlines how our application handles information when you use our features, including local Wi-Fi Direct sharing, Proxy configuration, and network management tools.

2. Information Collection and Usage NetShare is designed as a fully local network tool.

No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, location, or device identifiers.
Local Traffic Routing Only: All network traffic, Proxy configurations, and device connections processed by the app occur strictly locally on your device and within your private peer-to-peer network (Wi-Fi Direct). No network data or browsing history is ever transmitted to or stored on external servers.

3. System Permissions Required To function properly as a Wi-Fi sharing and Proxy utility, the app requires specific Android system permissions:

Location / Nearby Devices Permission: Required by the Android OS solely to scan for and establish Wi-Fi Direct connections with nearby client devices. We do not track or store your physical location.
Foreground Service Permission: Used strictly to keep the local proxy server running reliably in the background while active, preventing Android from disconnecting your shared hotspot session.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties Because we do not collect any user data, we do not share, sell, trade, or rent any personal or network information to any third parties, advertisers, or analytics providers.

5. Data Security We prioritize your security. Since all operational logic (IP assignment, Proxy routing, and bandwidth usage rules) runs 100% offline and locally on your device, your data remains fully contained within your own hardware environment.

6. Children's Privacy Our application is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within this document with an updated "Effective Date."
