If you want high-fidelity, over-ear audio with active noise cancellation for kids or adults in noisy environments, choose iClever Noise Cancelling Headphones; if you need waterproof bone conduction headphones for lap swimming and pool training, choose Tevese Swimming Headphones Bone.
• iClever Noise Cancelling Headphones: Delivers powerful Active Noise Cancellation and 60 hours of playtime with a comfortable over-the-head design, but it is strictly for dry use and cannot handle water exposure.
• Tevese Swimming Headphones Bone: Features an IPX8 waterproof rating and 32GB internal storage for phone-free underwater listening, yet it lacks active noise cancellation and relies on open-ear bone conduction technology.
• Who this is for: Choose iClever for quiet focus in loud classrooms or travel; choose Tevese for dedicated aquatic sports and safety while swimming.
The iClever Noise Cancelling Headphones are engineered specifically for users who need to create a bubble of silence in chaotic environments. The core of this device is its Active Noise Cancellation technology, which actively works to reduce external sounds rather than just blocking them physically. This makes it an ideal solution for children with sensory sensitivities, such as those dealing with autism, who might be overwhelmed by the roar of fireworks, the chaos of Monster Jam events, or the general din of a busy household. The "SafeSound Tech" mentioned in the product details suggests a focus on protecting hearing while managing volume, ensuring that the audio experience remains safe even during long periods of use.
Comfort is clearly a priority in the design, utilizing materials like PU Leather and foam padding within an ABS construction. The "Over the Head" fit type ensures a secure seal around the ears, which is essential for effective noise isolation. With a stated battery life of 60 hours, these headphones can survive multiple school weeks, road trips, or extended concert attendance without needing a recharge. The modern style, available in a cartoon pattern, also helps younger users feel connected to their gear, making it less of a medical device and more of a fun accessory. The inclusion of Bluetooth connectivity allows for wireless freedom, letting kids move around safely while staying tethered to their music or audiobooks.

This product is best suited for parents looking for the best lightweight over ear headphones that double as a noise shield. It fits a wide range of sizes, from little kids to adults, making it a versatile investment for the whole family. Whether it is for a flight, a loud event, or simply helping a child focus on homework, the combination of active cancellation and massive battery life creates a reliable sanctuary of sound. However, the trade-off is clear: these are not designed for wet conditions. The materials, including the leather and foam, would be damaged by water, and the electronics do not carry any waterproof rating.
Who should skip this? Anyone planning to take these into the shower, the pool, or the rain should look elsewhere immediately. If your primary use case involves getting the headphones wet, the iClever will fail quickly because it lacks the necessary sealing and water resistance found in specialized swim gear. Additionally, if you require an open-ear design to hear your surroundings for safety reasons, the closed-back nature of these headphones might be too isolating.
The Tevese Swimming Headphones Bone Conduction model is a specialized tool built entirely for the aquatic environment. Unlike traditional headphones that sit inside or cover the ear canal, these use precision bone conduction technology to transmit vibrations directly through the cheekbones to the inner ear. This open-ear design is critical for swimmers because it keeps the ear canals completely free of water, preventing painful infections and allowing for natural air circulation. The result is crystal-clear audio underwater without the risk of water damage to the ear itself. For athletes training in laps, this means they can listen to music or coaching cues without compromising their hearing health or safety.
Durability is the standout feature here, backed by an IPX8 waterproof rating. This is the highest standard for water resistance, guaranteeing that the device can withstand prolonged submersion without failing. You can dive deep, push through intense intervals, or explore open water with confidence that the music will keep playing. To achieve true independence in the pool, the unit includes 32GB of built-in memory capable of storing over 9,000 songs. Since Bluetooth signals cannot travel through water, the user switches to MP3 mode to access their library directly from the device, eliminating the need to carry a phone into the locker room or poolside.
Connectivity is handled via Bluetooth 6.0 for above-water use, offering stable pairing and low latency for gym workouts, running, or commuting. Once you leave the water, the transition back to wireless streaming is seamless. The battery life supports up to 10 hours of continuous playback, which is sufficient for a full day of training sessions. The build uses Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) for a lightweight, durable shell that feels secure even when wearing swim caps and goggles. The frequency range of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz aims to deliver a full spectrum of sound, proving that you don't have to sacrifice audio quality for aquatic capability.
Who should skip this? Listeners who demand deep bass response or complete silence from their headphones should reconsider. Bone conduction naturally lets in ambient noise, which is a safety feature for swimming but a distraction for those seeking total immersion in a studio-quality mix. Furthermore, if you are looking for a headphone to wear on a plane or in a loud office, the lack of active noise cancellation makes this a poor choice. It is a single-purpose device optimized for water, and using it as a daily driver for terrestrial noise reduction would be ineffective.
• Best for underwater performance → Tevese Swimming Headphones Bone, due to its IPX8 rating and bone conduction drivers.
• Best for noise isolation → iClever Noise Cancelling Headphones, thanks to its Active Noise Cancellation and closed-back design.
• Best for battery longevity → iClever Noise Cancelling Headphones, offering 60 hours compared to Tevese's 10 hours.
• Best for storage capacity → Tevese Swimming Headphones Bone, with 32GB built-in memory for thousands of songs.
• Best for sensory sensitivity → iClever Noise Cancelling Headphones, designed to protect kids from overwhelming loud environments.
• Best for multi-sport versatility → Tevese Swimming Headphones Bone, functioning equally well in the pool and on land via Bluetooth 6.0.
• Best for comfort in heat → Tevese Swimming Headphones Bone, as the open-ear design prevents the buildup of sweat and heat common in over-ear models.
• Best for travel and flights → iClever Noise Cancelling Headphones, where silence is required to block engine noise and crying passengers.
When deciding between these two, you must prioritize your primary activity. If you are buying for kids bluetooth options for general entertainment or focus, the iClever provides a safer, quieter environment. However, if the goal is to get a child or adult moving in the water, the Tevese is the only logical choice. The iClever excels in creating a private auditory space, while the Tevese excels in maintaining awareness and safety while submerged. One is a fortress against noise; the other is a lifeline to music in the deep.
Consider the lifestyle of the user. A student who spends hours studying in a noisy dorm needs the iClever. An athlete who trains three times a week in the pool needs the Tevese. There is very little overlap in the scenarios where one would be superior to the other. Mixing them up leads to disappointment: trying to swim with the iClever will destroy it, and trying to study with the Tevese will leave you distracted by pool noise.
In my opinion, the right choice depends entirely on the setting, but for most families seeking a versatile gift for kids bluetooth, I recommend the iClever Noise Cancelling Headphones. The ability to shut out the world with 60 hours of battery life and active noise cancellation offers a level of peace and focus that is rare in consumer electronics today. While the Tevese is an incredible piece of engineering for swimmers, its niche application limits its daily utility for the average household. Unless you have a specific need for lap swimming, the iClever provides broader value and better protection for young ears in a loud world.
Only the Tevese Swimming Headphones Bone are suitable for swimming, as they hold an IPX8 waterproof rating and use bone conduction. The iClever model is not waterproof and will be damaged by water.
The iClever Noise Cancelling Headphones offer significantly longer battery life at 60 hours, whereas the Tevese model provides about 10 hours per charge.
Yes, the Tevese model features 32GB of built-in storage to hold thousands of songs, allowing you to switch to MP3 mode for phone-free listening underwater.
The Tevese model is listed in Black, while the iClever is described with a Red & Blue color scheme featuring a cartoon pattern. Specific color availability may vary, so check the current listing for options.
