[ ICIMPE’2024 ]
Call for contributions
The Laboratory of Industrial Production and Maintenance Engineering (LGPMI), in collaboration with the Institute of Industrial Maintenance and Safety (IMSI) under the patronage of the University of Oran 2 Mohamed Ben Ahmed, is organizing the International Conference on Industrial Maintenance and Production Engineering (ICIMPE’2024), which will take place on October 13-14, 2024, in Oran (Algeria).
About the Conference
In the heart of the industrial revolution leading to the era of Industry 4.0, in which Algeria aspires to actively participate, the efficient management of maintenance and production, as well as the preservation of industrial equipment, are of crucial importance. In this perspective, the International Conference on Industrial Maintenance and Production Engineering aims to explore these major challenges in the era of smart and connected industry. It aims to promote best practices, emerging technologies, and advanced strategies to optimize industrial maintenance, improve production system performance, and ensure availability and security at production sites. This conference also aims to facilitate exchanges, collaborations, and sustainable partnerships between academic researchers and industry stakeholders.
Conference Topics
The ICIMPE’2024 is focused on four main topics (ordinary sessions):
Topic 1: Industrial Predictive Maintenance and PHM
Monitoring, Detection, Diagnosis, Prediction, Remanning Useful Life, Statistical Model, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Decision-Support, Optimization and Multi-Criteria Analysis, Optimization of Patch Repair Techniques.
Topic 2: Production of Goods and Services
Production Planning and Scheduling, Supply Chain Optimization, Modeling of Discrete Event Systems, Performance Evaluation and Decision Support, Contribution of Industry 4.0 Technologies to Production Systems and Logistics.
Topic 3: Production and Storage of Electrical Energy
Embedded Systems Energy, Integration Techniques for Micro Electrical Components, Miniaturized Switching Power Supplies, Micro-Sensors, Design for Electronic Circuits and Systems Modeling, Simulation, Control, Power System of Electric Vehicles (EV), Power Supply Machine, Variable Reluctance Motors (MRV), Artificial Intelligence Applications, Intelligent controls of Double Saliency Variable Reluctance Machine (MRVDS).
Topic 4: Thermal Performance Optimization of Electrical and Electronic Systems
Cooling of electronic Components, Cooling of Electrical Components, Ferromagnetic Fluid, Nano-Fluids, Ferro-Fluids, Modeling of Magnetohydrodynamic and Thermal Behavior, Numerical Simulation.

Access to conference activities is subject to payment. Registration fees are as follows:

Conference registration fees cover: participation in scientific activities, conference materials, and coffee/lunch breaks. Accommodation costs are the responsibility of the participants. Pre-registration will be done online. Final registration will take place on-site on the day of the conference.
Papers Submission
To be considered, the initial submission must contain a full paper of the proposed work not exceeding 8 pages, written in English language, while strictly sticking to the provided formatting template below.
Upon acceptance, authors may be asked to revise their papers based on the reviewers comments to maintain quality standards.
Paper are exclusively submitted via the conference online submission system. Papers received by any other means will not be considered.
Accepted papers from registered authors will be published online in the conference proceedings. Furthermore, a selection of the best papers will have the opportunity to be published in partner journals.
