Authors MUST pay registration fee as Early-bird Registration (until July 23)

    • Bangladesh Bank Transfer (for Bangladeshi attendee)

• One Attendee requires one registration.

• Each paper MUST have one registration (by the presenting author(s)). Papers will be published in the conference proceedings only if at least one of the authors is officially registered until Early-bird registration due.

• Page limit is 8 pages. If you have over 8 pages, then you have to pay extra page 50 USD/page. (not for WIP).

• Pay registration fee for each paper: Note that one registration is for one paper only, and the presenting author will do the registration.

  • Any number of co-authors can join the conference and all need to do their registrations separately.

• Registration will include conference kit, admission to all sessions, keynote/invited speeches, Tutorials, Workshops.

• Official banquet will not be held at this conference.

Handling of No-Show Paper

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented at the conference.

We will not deliver any items for no-attending person. Some papers will be set for oral presentation and ALL Papers will be for Interactive Poster Presentation (IPS) too. Best Paper Awards will be based on all these.

Cancel Policy

We will refund the registration fee (excluding remittance fee) until early-bird due (23 July, 2021). After the due, we will not refund any fee, if one can not come due to visa problem or others. .
