Thank you for using Ice Break ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.
Ice Break is designed to work entirely offline. We do not require an account, and we do not collect or store any personal information on our servers.
Your custom questions, favorites, category order, language preference, and sound settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
This data is never transmitted to us and stays on your device (and your iCloud backup, if enabled by iOS).
The App uses TelemetryDeck (telemetrydeck.com) to collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (e.g., which categories are opened, which language is selected). This helps us understand how the App is used so we can improve it.
No personal data, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or IP addresses are collected.
The data cannot be used to identify you.
No account or login is required, and no consent prompt is needed for this anonymous data.
If you have enabled "Share With App Developers" in your iPhone's Privacy settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements), Apple may share anonymized crash reports with us via App Store Connect. This is controlled entirely by your iOS settings, not by the App.
The App is rated 17+ due to one category containing suggestive, romantic/intimate themes intended for couples (no explicit sexual content, nudity, or profanity). Before accessing this category, you are asked to confirm that you are 18 or older. This confirmation is stored only as a local setting on your device (not transmitted anywhere).
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
