REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
The registration fees cover less than half the cost of bringing the iCan Bike program to our area. The total program cost does not vary based on rider count and we must limit the number of participants based on facility size. Registrations are accepted on a waitlist basis as sessions fill. There have been occasions in which registered riders withdraw at the last minute, or do not show up for the scheduled time, when it’s too late to fill the reserved spot. We fully understand that things come up which cause someone to register and then need to cancel, but when that happens it means that someone else who wanted that spot may not be able to fill it because alternate plans have been made. Our cost to bring this program to our area is not reduced if riders cancel or do not show.
Our registration and cancellation policy is as listed:
All registrations, regardless of the date they were processed, will not be finalized until payment is received either by credit card or check. Your rider will not be confirmed for a slot in the program until payment is received. If you are utilizing FD/FSS funding your registration will not be confirmed until we have received payment.
Registrations that are withdrawn before May 1st will receive a full refund.
Registrations that are withdrawn between May 1st and 30 days before the start of the program (June 28th) will be subject to a $50 administrative fee, the remainder of the registration fee will be refunded.
Registrations that are withdrawn on or after June 28th are non-refundable unless we can fill the registration slot. If we are able to fill the slot a $75 administrative fee will be charged and the remainder of the registration fee will be refunded.
Full refunds will be issued in the manner that they were paid. Partial refunds will be issued by check. All refunds will be issued in a timely manner.
