IBURN PRIVACY POLICY

Iburn is a local video subtitle-burning application. This policy explains how Iburn handles information when you use the app.
1. VIDEO AND SUBTITLE FILES
You select videos and subtitle files with Android's system document picker. Iburn uses those selected files only to preview subtitles and create the video export you request. Video processing happens on your device. Iburn does not upload your videos, subtitle files, or completed exports to a developer-operated server.
Completed videos are saved to Movies/Iburn on your device. You control whether to play, share, or delete those files. When you choose Share, Android sends the selected export to the app or service you select.
2. ADVERTISING
Iburn uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display banner, native, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Google and its advertising partners may collect or process information such as device identifiers, IP address, advertising data, app interactions, and diagnostics in accordance with Google's policies and your device or regional privacy settings.

3. NOTIFICATIONS
With your permission, Iburn sends notifications about active video burns and completed exports. You can turn these notifications off in Android settings at any time.
4. PERMISSIONS
Iburn uses internet and network-state access for advertising, a foreground service and wake lock for user-started video encoding, and notification permission for optional progress updates. On Android 9 and older, storage write access may be used to save an export. On newer Android versions, Iburn saves exports through Android's MediaStore and does not request broad storage access.
5. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
Iburn does not run a developer-operated account system or cloud storage service. Your chosen source files and exports remain on your device unless you explicitly share or delete them. Protect your device with the security controls provided by Android.
6. CHILDREN
Iburn is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the app to process or share content unlawfully or without the necessary rights.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This policy may be updated when the app's features, advertising setup, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published at the privacy-policy URL listed in Google Play.
