This Privacy Policy explains how iBrand™ (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the iBrand mobile application (the “App” or “Service”).
By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
We respect your privacy. We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) such as:

Location or GPS data
Contacts
Photos (outside of user uploads to the app interface)
To operate and improve the App, we may collect limited, non-personal data:

Device type and OS version
App open frequency
Feature usage (e.g. how often templates are used)

This helps us improve performance and user experience.
When you purchase a Pro feature, Apple shares anonymized transaction status (e.g. success, cancel) so we can unlock the feature within the app.
We do not receive your Apple ID, payment info, or billing details.
When you use AI-based tools to generate logos or mockups:
Your inputs (brand name, keywords) may be processed temporarily by our AI system to generate results.
We do not store your uploads, inputs, or generated content on our servers after processing.
All outputs are private to your device.
We do not use any advertising SDKs, social media trackers, or third-party behavioral tracking tools.
The App may use the following third-party services only for analytics or payment validation:
Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit) – manages payments and subscriptions
RevenueCat – validates Apple receipts (anonymized)
Crashlytics / Firebase – app crash reporting (anonymous data only)
Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
All app activity and processing happens locally or via secure, encrypted connections.
We do not knowingly transmit any personal data to external servers.
The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of digital consent in your country. If you believe such data has been collected, please contact us.
As we do not collect or store personal data, there is no personal information to access, correct, or delete. If that changes in future versions, this policy will be updated accordingly.
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the App or App Store listing, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the current version.
