Md. Ibrahim received his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) and Master of Science (M.Sc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET), Kajla, Rajshahi-6204, in 2021 and 2025, respectively. 

From September 01, 2021 to December 10, 2021, he was a Lecturer with the Department of EEE, Varendra University (VU), Rajshahi. From December 12, 2021 to May 07, 2025, he was a Lecturer with the Institute of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), RUET. Since May 07, 2025, he has been an Assistant Professor with the Institute of ICT, RUET. He has been affiliated with IEEE since 2022. He is an active reviewer for several IEEE journals, transactions, and conferences. He has authored/co-authored over 20 international journal/conference publications. His research interests include information theory, physical layer security, terahertz communication, free-space optical communication, underwater communication, machine learning in wireless communication, etc.

Mr. Ibrahim was a recipient of 'Technical Scholarship' from RUET for his outstanding academic performances while pursuing his B.Sc and M.Sc. engineering degrees.
