This project was completed as the final assignment for the Development of Students course (Mata Kuliah Perkembangan Peserta Didik). In this task, students were required to conduct an interview with an active teacher. The purpose was to understand how teachers in schools identify and assess whether their students are progressing academically. Through this project, theory from the classroom was connected with real-world insights, giving students the opportunity to reflect on how learner development is recognized in practice.
