These are just a few possible ideas to get started. Remember CAS is about setting yourself goals and REFLECTING! Try something new or take on different roles in activities e.g. if you've been a competitive swimmer for 4 years, maybe you could teach other students how to swim!

Model United Nations / Debate club
Robotics Club
Teaching music/art to students in your school.
Student Voice / Student Government

Activity

Train for / teach a sport (i.e. football, basketball, swimming)
Gym
Run a half marathon (and train for it)

Service

Beach/River clean ups
