2.The Promoter: The promoter is Ibiza Direct. Whose office is 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. This promotion is entirely independent and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, approved by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, Tally, any individual Ibiza club venue, event organiser, party brand, or artist performing in Ibiza. Ibiza Direct is a commercial trading name of Tiago Vieira.
3. How to Enter: Entrants can enter automatically by purchasing a club ticket for any event taking place between 6 July 2026 and 31 July 2026 inclusive via the Promoter's official ticket links or WhatsApp, up to a strict maximum limit of ten (10) entries per person. Alternatively, individuals can enter 100% free by completing the online form at tally.so, also up to a strict maximum limit of ten (10) entries per person. Each free entry must be submitted via a separate, individual form submission. Free entries have the exact same mathematical probability of winning as paid entries. Bulk, automated, or scripted entries are strictly prohibited and will be disqualified.
4.Promotional Period: Competition entries close strictly at 23:59 BST on Sunday, 5th July 2026. All competition entries must be fully logged by the Promoter's systems by no later than this specified time. Any form submissions or ticket transactional data timestamps recorded after this exact cutoff time will be automatically disqualified from the random draw pool. If it is absolutely necessary to do so due to exceptional technical, operational, or legal circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to alter the opening or closing times, and the new details will be published prominently on the Promoter's official channels. The Promoter will never extend a deadline solely to alter entry volume. The Promoter reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to roll over all valid non-winning entries from a previous drawing pool into a subsequent week as a promotional bonus. Any such rollover extensions will be announced publicly via the Promoter's official communication channels prior to the respective draw.
5.The Prize: the prize is a drinks package for an Ibiza event taking place strictly between 6 July 2026 and 31 July 2026 inclusive, capped at €100. If pre-paid vouchers aren't available, the prize is fulfilled via receipt reimbursement within 7 days. The Promoter will reimburse up to €100 via bank transfer within 7 business days of receiving valid proof of purchase. No cash alternative or change is provided for lower spends. Reimbursement is strictly contingent upon compliance with the venue's entry, age-verification, and responsible drinking policies. The Promoter assumes no liability if a venue denies entry or service.
6. Event Cancellation or Alteration: If the winner’s chosen event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled by the venue or organisers for reasons outside the Promoter’s control, no cash alternative, refund, or cash payout will be provided. Instead, the prize will be transferred to an alternative Ibiza event of the winner's choice strictly during the remaining 2026 summer season, up to the same maximum value of €100. If the winner cannot attend an alternative 2026 event due to the end of their travel dates, the Promoter will offer an equivalent €100 substitute prize (such as event merchandise) to close the draw. The Promoter accepts no liability for any personal travel, accommodation, or logistical costs incurred or lost due to venue or event cancellations.
7. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random using an independent, verified digital random generator tool within 24 hours of the closing deadline. The winner’s surname and county will be made available upon request to individuals who email info.ibizadirect@gmail.com within 30 days of the closing date. Entrants may object to their details being published by contacting the Promoter. In the event of a technical tie, identical concurrent submissions, or draw deadlock, the final winner will be determined by a secondary random digital draw from the tied pool of correct entries only.
8. Winner Notification & Announcement: The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw. The winner must claim their prize by replying to the email within 7 days. If the prize is unclaimed after this window, the Promoter reserves the right to select a runner-up using the same random selection method. All monetary payouts and receipt reimbursements will strictly only be paid into a verified personal bank account matching the exact legal name of the registered winner. Winnings will not be transferred to any third-party accounts, regardless of relationship or consent. Failure to provide matching identification upon request will result in forfeiture of the prize. Refund and Competition Withdrawal Policy: All club ticket purchases are transactional sales for event entry and are strictly governed by the refund policies of the respective third-party ticketing networks. Because ticket purchases are for a live event service, they are non-refundable through the Promoter. In the unlikely event that this promotional giveaway is cancelled or withdrawn by the Promoter, the club tickets remain fully valid for their respective events, no refunds will be issued for the ticket purchases, and all associated giveaway entries will simply become void.

Data Protection and Limitation of Liability: Any personal data collected will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy located here and used primarily for the administration of this draw. Marketing communications will only be sent to entrants who provide separate, explicit consent via the opt-in checkbox on the Tally form. The Promoter will not accept responsibility or liability for competition entries that are not successfully completed, are lost, or are delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, network downtime, server crash, or technical software failure of any kind across Tally.so or external ticketing networks.
