IBA Dallas ("we," "our," or "us") operates the IBA Dallas mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the App includes:
League & Player Information: To display league schedules, stats, and rosters, the App processes player names, team associations, game statistics, and player profile images. This data is provided by league administrators or directly by registered players.
Device Tokens: We collect Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and Apple Push Notification service (APNs) tokens to deliver push notifications about game changes and league announcements.
Device Access: The App may request access or permission to features from your mobile device, including:
Camera & Photo Library: For admins or users uploading profile photos or sponsor logos.
Notifications: To send push alerts.
Log and Usage Data: Standard usage data, such as app performance reports, crash reports, and basic analytics to improve the user experience.
We use the information collected to:
Operate, maintain, and display league standings, schedules, and player statistics.
Send you push notifications regarding match updates, general league announcements, and schedules.
Authenticate league administrators to access the dashboard and manage league data.
Improve App performance, fix bugs, and optimize layouts.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App:
Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore: Used to store and sync real-time database records (schedules, stats, rosters).
Firebase Storage: Used to host player photos and sponsor images.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used to send push notifications to your device.
These service providers only access data necessary to perform their respective functions and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
We retain league and player data (such as names and statistics) for historical purposes and record-keeping of league seasons.
Account/Data Deletion Request: If you are a player or user and wish to have your name, profile photo, or statistical data removed from the App, you can request data deletion by contacting us at the email address listed below. We will process your request in accordance with Apple’s developer policies.
Our App is intended for basketball league players, fans, and organizers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
