We are waiting to receive further information from vendors before we can post the official registration page. But here is preliminary information for planning purposes. 

Please fill out the pre-registration form at the bottom of the page if: 

1) you have submitted an abstract, or 

2) you plan to attend the conference as a participant.

Arrival and Departure:

• Those who register for on-campus accommodation in Millennium Hall North can arrive and check-in on Thursday, July 10. 

  • If you are traveling internationally, and would need to arrive earlier because of jet lag, you can indicate this on the form. There is limited availability for checking-in on Wednesday, July 9. 

• Departure and check-out can be on Sunday, July 13, or Monday, July 14. 

  • If you request an additional night, indicate on the form below when you would like to check-out. Due to other events on campus, there is limited availability. 

Costs for Registration, Rooms, and Meals

• Since we are waiting on information from vendors, the registration fee has not yet been determined. 

• For those who register to stay on campus in Millennium Hall North, the cost for your room and three meals in Garvey Hall would be around $115/night.
