TechSpire has developed the GPS Tracker - Location Tracker app (package name: com.phonetracker.locationsharing.familylocator), which is supported by advertising. This service is offered by TechSpire for free and is intended to be used as is.
BY USING THE PLATFORMS, YOU PROMISE US THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY. If you do not agree, or are unable to make this promise, you must not use the Platforms. In such case, you must (a) delete your account using the functionality found in “Settings” in the App, or contact us and request deletion of your data; (b) cancel any subscriptions using the functionality provided by Google (if you are using Android); and (c) delete the App from your devices.
Your privacy and data security are extremely important to us. We are committed to the responsible management, protection, and use of your personal information.
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") serves to explain what information TECHNIFY GROUP LIMITED and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, "we", "us", or "our") collect, and how we use and protect your information when you use any mobile applications that we develop and are available for download in the Google Play Store or Apple Store.

Device Name: The name you create in the app to identify yourself. Identifies you and other users when you consent to share your location.
Location: Your geographical position (latitude and longitude), which allows us to provide location-based features. We collect and share your location data (with mutual consent) to enable location sharing features.
Personal Data: Any information that, whether directly, indirectly, or when combined with other details—such as a personal identification number—facilitates the identification or identifiability of an individual.
Data Storage and Usage:
We collect and share your information exclusively to support the core functionalities of the app. Your device name, location data, and personal data details are essential for delivering our services. This data is securely stored in our Firebase database, which adheres to privacy standards as outlined in Section VII of the Third-Party Partners' Privacy Policy.
We respect and protect your data privacy. You have the option to delete your user data at any time by navigating to Settings -> Delete Data in the app. This procedure ensures that you can manage your data and maintain control over your personal information.

These third parties include monetization partners like Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, Applovin, and Mintegral, along with analytical tools partners such as Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, and our self-built data statistics system (ECS). iv. Android Advertising ID
We use your Android advertising identifier to provide you with a customized advertising experience. It is used exclusively for advertising and analytics purposes. Please note that the advertising identifier does not contain sensitive user information that could identify you or your device and is not connected to personally identifiable information or persistent device identifiers (e.g., SSAID, MAC address, IMEI, etc.).

We may collect the information you provide to us directly and voluntarily. This information includes but is not limited to: your email address, the content of your feedback (and the uploaded pictures), and the content of the questionnaire you answered.
