These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of iAmor Family Location Tracker (the "App"), operated by FalconMedia ("iAmor," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms under the laws that apply to you. If you use the App on behalf of another person or group, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
The App may allow you to set local profile information on your device, such as a username or avatar. You agree that any information you provide in the App will be accurate and lawful to use.
iAmor Family Location Tracker is designed to help users share location information with family members or other invited participants for safety, coordination, and convenience purposes. The App may include features such as:
Real-time or periodic location sharing
Location history
Geofence or place alerts
Push notifications
Camera or photo-related features where available
Device management and local profile features
Certain features may require internet access, device permissions, and a compatible mobile device.
The App may only be used with the knowledge and consent of the person whose location is being shared, except where a parent or legal guardian is authorized by law to manage a minor child's use.
You may not use the App to:
secretly track, stalk, monitor, harass, or intimidate any person
collect location information without proper notice, authorization, or other lawful basis
impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with another user
use the App in violation of privacy, surveillance, criminal, or consumer protection laws
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the App is being used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or non-consensual tracking.
To provide core functionality, the App may request access to device features such as location services, notifications, camera, or photo library. You may control these permissions through your device settings, but disabling them may limit App functionality.

If you upload profile information, images, place names, messages, or other content through the App, you retain your rights in that content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to operate and improve the App.
You are solely responsible for content you submit and must ensure it does not:
violate law or third-party rights
contain malware or harmful code
include abusive, threatening, defamatory, or fraudulent material
exploit or endanger minors
Some features may be offered through paid subscriptions, free trials, or one-time purchases. Pricing, billing cycles, renewal terms, and feature access will be disclosed to you at the time of purchase through the App Store.
If you purchase a subscription through Apple:
payment is charged to your Apple ID account
subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
you can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings
Except where required by law or by App Store policy, fees are non-refundable once charged.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may restrict certain features, issue technical safeguards, or take other reasonable protective measures if:
you violate these Terms
we reasonably suspect misuse, abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity
continued use creates legal, safety, or technical risk
These measures do not limit any rights or remedies available to us under law.
The App does not require a traditional user account registration system unless otherwise stated in a specific feature flow.
If you set a username, avatar, or other profile-style information in the App, that information may be stored locally on your device and used to support App functionality.
You may remove or change local profile information within the App where such controls are available. The App does not currently provide a separate in-app account deletion or full local data reset flow. If you want to remove locally stored App data from your device, you may delete the App from your device, subject to how iOS manages local storage.
If a specific feature uploads or synchronizes data to our services, the related handling will be described in the Privacy Policy or in feature-specific disclosures.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information.
The App, including its software, design, branding, trademarks, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to FalconMedia and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly allowed under these Terms, you may not:
copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or lease the App
reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law
remove proprietary notices or labels
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully accurate, or available at all times.
Location services may depend on GPS, cellular, Wi-Fi, hardware condition, battery level, network quality, and operating system permissions. For that reason, location accuracy, timeliness, and completeness cannot be guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FalconMedia and its affiliates, service providers, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to the App.
If the law does not allow all of the exclusions above, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FalconMedia and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
your misuse of the App
your violation of these Terms
your violation of law or the rights of another person
We may update the App, discontinue features, or revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
