Device & Technical Information: IP address, device type, operating system version (iOS or Android), and unique device identifiers (such as Apple's IDFV or Android ID).

Iamify utilizes Artificial Intelligence to generate personalized affirmations and audio. To comply with Apple and Google’s transparency guidelines regarding AI:
Your in-app selections and preferences may be processed by our backend AI services to generate your custom audio and text affirmations.
We do not use your personal device identifiers to train our AI models.
Data sent to our AI providers is strictly limited to the context needed to generate your affirmations and is not linked to a real-world identity.
We offer Pro features through in-app subscriptions. Iamify does not collect or store your credit card or billing information.
iOS Users: All payments are securely processed by Apple via your Apple ID account using Apple In-App Purchases. Your transaction is subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Android Users: All payments are securely processed by Google via Google Play Billing. Your transaction is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We use the limited information we collect for the following purposes:
To deliver, maintain, and improve the Iamify App features and AI generation.
To personalize your user experience and deliver daily affirmations relevant to your goals.
To validate Pro subscription statuses via anonymous receipt validation with Apple and Google.
To respond to your customer support inquiries (if you choose to email us).
To monitor and analyze trends, app performance, and fix crashes.
No Cross-App Tracking: Iamify does not track you across third-party apps and websites for targeted advertising purposes.
No Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or usage data to third-party data brokers or ad networks.

Service Providers: With third-party vendors who perform necessary services for us, such as cloud hosting, AI generation APIs, and crash analytics.

All data transmitted between your device and our servers (or our third-party service providers) is encrypted in transit using secure protocols (HTTPS/TLS). Because Iamify does not require user registration, the majority of your app data and preferences are tied to your specific device.
Data Deletion: You can delete your locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the Iamify app.
Requesting Deletion: If you have contacted us for support or wish to ensure any device-linked usage data is removed from our servers, you can submit a deletion request by emailing us at savaleomkar@icloud.com. We will process your request in accordance with Google Play and Apple App Store data deletion mandates.
Iamify is categorized as a health and wellness tool designed to provide self-care and lifestyle recommendations (daily affirmations). It is not a medical device. The app does not collect medical data and does not provide diagnoses or guidance for the management of medical conditions.
Iamify is rated 9+ and is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or Apple/Google developer guidelines. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
