Currently, Mrs. Williams-Turner is the founder of a nonprofit organization called 4 Knowledge is Power. She seeks to positively influence and empower today’s youth with the understanding that the formative years are the most critical years to make the biggest impact for transformative change. 4 Knowledge Is Power encourages a positive education not only through books, but also through learning African American history. For the past 19 years she has taken high school students around the United States to numerous Colleges and Historical Tours. The tours involve every aspect of preparing students on requirements for the institutions. Mrs. Turner utilizes her Masters of Science degree in Mental Health and Marriage & Family to highlight local black marriages through a host of events. Her events award Black couples who have demonstrated leadership in their community and display positive representations of the core of black families, representing love, commitment, integrity, and service.
Mrs. Williams-Turner is the President of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, South Palm Beach County Chapter, and has been a member since 2013.
