Passionate, intentional, and purposeful describes Rev. Dr. Young’s quest for life and spiritual transformation. She desires to help others that are seeking personal, professional, and spiritual growth. For over ten years, she has coached others as they have had encounters with personal, professional, and spiritual challenges. As a Spiritual and Life Coach, she embraces the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and various walks of life, ranging from youth to seasoned adults, seeking change in their lives. Her professional path has allowed her to interact and support the various transformations of those individuals.
Employing her academic training, life experiences, and professional work experience along with creative strategies, she enables and inspires individuals to contemplate and experience transformation that will last a lifetime. Being an equal opportunity transformational spiritual and life coach, the art of Rev. Dr. Young’s practice is to meet individuals where they are and lead them on a path of transformative self-discovery of inner peace and truth. That truth may include life changes both personally and professionally. Rev. Dr. Young’s mission is to guide individuals on a journey to live their life passionately, intentionally and purposefully.
Rev. Dr. Young is an ordained minister with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). She is the founding spiritual leader of Infinite Mercies Ministries, which is an outreach ministry that strives to serve “the least of these” in underserved communities. She is also a Spiritual and Life Coach (Monarch Transformations Empowerment Coaching). Rev. Dr. Young works in early childhood education as an Early Learning Specialist for the local Childcare and Resource Referral Agency. She is also an Adjunct Faculty Member at Cuyahoga Community College where she teaches various health classes.
Rev. Dr. Young earned a Doctor of Ministry Degree from South University. She earned a Master of Divinity Degree from Ashland Theological Seminary. She also attended Cleveland State University earning a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Education degree respectively.
Rev. Dr. Young’s love and cherished moments are for - her husband Rev. Dr. Derrick Young and their three adult children and granddaughters.
Rev. Dr. Young believes that as we strive daily to live according to God’s Will and not our will, we must “press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 3:14)
