Iaisha Melson, the oldest out of 8 children, was born in the Bronx, New York. She moved to Atlanta, GA in the summer of 1999. Raised up in the foster care system at a young age, Iaisha finally was adopted at the age of 12 yrs. old.

She is a mother of two wonderful teenagers, a young man by the name of Romell Pina who is 17yrs old and a young lady who goes by Aaliyah Pina, who is 15yrs old. Iaisha is a wife of a king; a wonderful, amazing husband, Mr. Andre Melson, who is truly her best friend. They have been together 6yrs, married 3 yrs. They both have a nonprofit that they are truly passionate about. Iaisha is the founder and CEO of their nonprofit, which was founded in 2017, the Self First Foundation LLC. They are more Community based, with Iaisha doing a lot of outreach work. She loves to deal with individuals from all different walks of life. She also caters towards the Elderly, going out to nursing homes to check on them and spend time with them.

Iaisha is also the founder and CEO OF Divine & Conquer Consulting Group LLC which was started 7/2020. She is truly excited about this accomplishment! She felt she was actually called by GOD to be a manifestation coach, and she will be birthing the gifts from GOD to help individuals that are feeling lost and trying to figure it out.

Iaisha works in the Insurance field as a claim’s processor for CHANGE HEALTHCARE and has been working in this field for 4yrs. She has also appeared in a few short independent films, and is a film director and producer for Fruitball T.V. Iaisha is also taking courses to become a licensed manifestation coach, which she was inspired by some amazing women in her life, but she also believes her gift was given to her by GOD, which she is truly grateful for.

Iaisha is truly grateful to help all different individuals from all different walks of life. SheI truly believes she was called to be a part of this powerful movement. As a first time Author, she feels we are all created to win and be great in the eyes of GOD. We all deserve a little shift in our lives for the greater. With that being said, let’s all stay encouraged and keep faith GOD will not allow us to experience such a storm that we cannot use it to be a blessing into someone’s life. Let your storms turn into lessons & blessings; allow it to encourage others.
