Dzonrial M. McCrary

A once careless, abused and broken single mom of 3 boys, Dzonrial McCrary, a.k.a Nika, was born in Passaic, NJ and lived most of her childhood as a “military brat”, allowing her the opportunity to travel with her parents and younger brother seeing different parts of the world. After getting pregnant at the age of 16, Nika, as she is often called, continued her education, graduating high school in 1997 as an honor graduate and furthered her education, after having twin boys, at a HBCU in Fort Valley, Ga, “The Fort Valley State University,” where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

After years of working various jobs and becoming a licensed nail technician in both Georgia and Florida, she began to find her gift in helping others look and feel good about themselves. Now, this extraordinary woman, who wears many hats, is the Founder/CEO of Single Moms Connect, Inc., one of the largest growing nonprofits in the middle Ga area for single mothers. In 2014, all while mastering her trade and maintaining her duties/responsibilities as a business owner, corporate trainer for a national spa and full-time mom of 3, Dzonrial answered the call to care for single moms in her local community. Her authenticity and transparent approach of sharing her own unique and compelling story, has carried a domino effect on everyone she encounters, through service, interviews, speaking engagements and her daily walk alone. This has given her a proven track record that her vision and mission, to “Build Stronger Women” who have been distorted by life’s circumstances, is REAL and making a major impact.

The author, visionary, and motivational speaker has been named and given the Women of Distinction “Excellence” Award in the March 2016 edition of NY’s Women of Distinction Magazine where her story was featured and shared across the globe. In 2017, she received national recognition as one of the top 5 finalists for the National Single Mom of the Year in Louisiana by The Life of a Single Mom Ministry. As her work and journey continues to spread nationally with numerous projects underway, she continues to fulfill her purpose by reaching women through her personal testimonies, service and generous acts of kindness and rewards, all while connecting them to resources that will give them the Help, Hope & Knowledge they need to grow and become stronger women!
