Dr. I-Chun Tsai is a Professor of Quantitative Finance at National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan and a Research Fellow of Anfu Institute for Financial Engineering, National Tsing Hua University. She received her Ph.D. degree in Finance from National Sun Yat-sen University in Taiwan. Her primary research interest is in housing, real estate, and regional studies. She has published in many international journals such as Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, Journal of Behavioral and Experimental Finance, Habitat International, Journal of Housing Economics, Empirical Economics, Economic Modelling, Journal of Housing and the Built Environment, International Review of Financial Analysis, International Journal of Urban Sciences, Annals of Regional Science, Urban Studies, Regional Studies, Cities, Land Use Policy, and Journal of Cleaner Production, etc.

Dr. Tsai is an Editor in Chief of the Journal of Housing Studies (in Chinese), and also an Editorial Board Member of the International Journal of Strategic Property Management.
