This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and AI Boutique Wedding Cake Maker ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the mobile application (the "App").
By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Strict No Tolerance Policy: We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
Prohibited Content: You may not use the App to generate, upload, or share content that is offensive, illegal, pornographic, promoting hate speech, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
Moderation: We reserve the right to monitor User content. Any content found to violate this policy will be removed immediately.
Violations: Users who violate these terms will have their access to the App terminated immediately and without notice.
Reporting: Users can report objectionable content or abusive behavior by contacting us at the email provided below. We will act on such reports within 24 hours.
The App and its original content (excluding User-Generated Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your access or use or inability to access or use the App.
