I received my Ph.D. degree in Physics (Nonlinear Dynamics and Biophysics) under the supervision of Prof. Kyungjin Lee at Korea University. During my Ph.D., I quantitatively analyzed the collective movement of cancer tissue in vitro with Dr. Yang. Also, I investigated the structural properties of synaptic connections in the SCN using optogenetic mapping and mathematical models with Dr. Cheol-Hong Min.
In October 2021, I will join BIMAG (IBS Biomedical Mathematics Group) as a postdoctoral fellow to study biomedical multiscale dynamics with Professor Jae Kyoung Kim.
