Old Terra

Terra is an asteroid belt orbiting one of two stars called Sol. Formerly a planet, Terra was destroyed by [REDACTED] during the Great Wipe. The vast majority of its inhabitants were killed.

"That place used to get tonnes of business, visitors. It was covered in vast blue oceans and green vegetation. It was one of the two human home worlds. Tens of billions of humans called Terra home. They projected their power across the stars from here. Their colonies—even modern settlements on the other side of the galaxy—all traced their origins back to here. Terra was a hub for trade, economy, culture, and military power. A biological monolith accompanied by a little white neighbor. Now it's just a sad ring of rocks orbiting a lone star, visited only by the occasional scavenger or historian."
