Toxic Irradiated Moon
Yama is the largest moon of the gas giant Xa'a and closest of Xa'a's major moons. It has been marred by radiation from Hyperbrasil's stars trapped in Xa'a's magnetosphere. This, combined with its dense nitrogen atmosphere, make life on Yama's surface highly implausible, though some extremophiles have been known to last impressive periods of time. Due to the high-risk nature of Yama, and its lack of resources that cannot be gathered elsewhere, Yama sees very little human visitors. Scientific probes may occasionally be sent, but there is not much left to learn after a millennium.
