These Subscription Terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) regulate all subscription services available inside the Hynpix AI mobile application (the “App”). Upon purchasing or activating any in-app subscription service, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the present Subscription Terms, alongside our official Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
We may provide free trial subscriptions for our premium services. If you fail to cancel your trial subscription no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to trial expiration, your trial will be automatically converted into a paid recurring subscription at the prevailing standard price corresponding to your selected subscription cycle. The charge amount will match the price displayed on the checkout page when you initially sign up for the trial service.
Your subscription will renew automatically upon the expiration of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, annual, or other customized cycles selected at checkout), unless you submit a valid cancellation request before the scheduled renewal date. Recurring renewal fees will be deducted from your saved payment method on our platform or the affiliated app marketplace (including but not limited to the Apple App Store).
By confirming your subscription order, you grant explicit authorization to us and our authorized third-party payment service providers to deduct all relevant subscription fees from your designated payment account. All subscription payments will be settled at the start date of each billing cycle. You bear full responsibility for maintaining accurate, valid and updated payment information.
Cancellation only terminates future automatic renewal charges. Your premium subscription access remains valid and available until the end of your ongoing billing cycle. No partial refunds or account credits will be issued for unused subscription time within the current billing period.
Critical Reminder: Uninstalling or deleting the Hynpix AI App from your mobile device cannot cancel your active subscription. You must manually complete formal cancellation procedures in accordance with the rules below.
You can view, modify or cancel your subscription anytime within your personal Apple ID account settings. To avoid charges for the next billing period, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the end of your current trial or billing cycle. You are solely accountable for managing your Apple subscriptions independently. For official guidance, refer to Apple Support: https://support.apple.com/
Subscriptions purchased through external web links can be canceled directly in the account settings page inside the Hynpix AI App.
Within the scope permitted by local applicable laws and regulations, we reserve the right to revise subscription pricing at any time. We will deliver reasonable advance notice of price adjustments via in-app notifications, official emails or other conspicuous notice channels. If you disagree with updated pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new price officially takes effect. Your continuous use of subscription services after the price change comes into force will be deemed your voluntary acceptance of the adjusted subscription fees.
All refund applications for Apple in-app purchases must be submitted directly to Apple official customer service. We have no authority to approve or process refunds for transactions completed on the Apple App Store. Please check Apple’s official refund rules and contact Apple Support for refund assistance: https://support.apple.com/
Except for mandatory requirements stipulated by local consumer protection laws and other applicable legislation, all orders purchased through official websites and external payment links are final and non-refundable.
