HydroScan: Water Scanner is a mobile application that allows users to scan or upload images of bottled water labels or packaging and receive AI-generated insights, including:
Analysis of visible data such as pH level, mineral content, purity, and source information.
Comparison between different water brands or types.
Educational insights about water composition and quality.
The App is intended for informational and educational purposes only and does not replace laboratory testing or professional analysis.
By using the App, you agree to:

Brand names, logos, product images, and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Users retain rights to their original uploads (e.g., photos) but grant HydroScan a limited, non-exclusive license to process them for functionality and performance purposes.
Optional premium plans may unlock enhanced features such as detailed analysis, history tracking, or AI-based recommendations.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the App Store or Google Play.
Refunds are subject to Apple or Google’s policies.
Free users may face certain feature limitations or usage caps.
The water quality insights and label analysis provided by HydroScan: Water Scanner are AI-generated and for informational purposes only.
They do not constitute professional, scientific, or health advice. Always consult a qualified laboratory or water quality expert before making health or safety decisions based on the App’s information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HydroScan: Water Scanner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated content or any inaccuracies.
Use of the App is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time.
Any changes will be posted within the App or on the official website. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
