Personal Profile
Layheang SONG holds a PhD degree in the field of hydrology and soil erosion between the Institute of Technology of Cambodia and Université Toulouse III - Paul Sabatier in France. He was involved in several research projects covering the field of hydrology, agriculture and environment, such as groundwater assessment for crop diversification in the dry season, crop modelling for improved nutrient and water management of non-rice crops in Mekong low land area in the dry season, and water quality and sediment assessment in the Tonle Sap Lake, flood assessment and management in Stung Sen and Prek Thnoat catchments.
