Mr. Ich Ilan is currently a Master's Student at the College of Water Resources and Architecture Engineering, Northwest A&F University, China. He received an Engineer degree from the Institute of Technology Cambodia. He has been working on several research projects related to hydrology modeling, climate change impact, flood and drought risk assessment, hydrological extreme analysis of water resources and other water-related fields.

Mr. Ich Ilan is also an author and co-author of more than five peer-reviewed articles and index journals, one book chapter, and more than 20 technical reports and conference proceedings, had been published in both national and international academic.
