1. App Name and Developer
This privacy policy applies to the app Hydration Tracker, developed by Josef Rajmon.
2. Data Access and Collection
The app may access and store the following types of data on your device:
Health Data (such as hydration logs, nutritional intake, and weight): This data is only used locally to provide personalized recommendations and analytics within the app.
User Preferences (e.g., notification settings): Stored locally to customize your app experience.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
Before version 0.5: Data was not deleted unless the user uninstalled the app.
From version 0.5 onwards: Health and nutrition data are stored locally for up to 6 months.
If backups are enabled (feature currently inactive), data will be retained for as long as the user has an active Premium subscription.
Users can delete all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the app. Future updates will include in-app data deletion functionality.
4. Data Usage
We do not transmit or store your personal or health data on any remote servers.
All data remains on your device unless backup functionality is enabled in the future.
5. User Rights and Control
You have full control over your data.
No health or personal data is ever shared with third parties.
You may opt out of notifications or delete your data anytime through system settings.
