Rates:

Rates below are  for a minimum one year lease with  payment by cash, check or auto bank draft:

• Unit with standard amenities: $550.00 per month**

• Unit with 30 amp RV power: $600.00 per month**

• Unit with 50 amp RV power: $625.00 per month**

** 4% surcharge for Credit Card Payments

Available Discount:

• 10% discount for one-year advanced payment by check, cash or bank draft.

Additional Rental Requirements:

• All tenants storing any RV, Boat, Car etc. must maintain liability insurance and provide proof of such insurance.

• Hwy 98 RV & Boat Storage must be named as additional insured on Tenants liability policy.
