I am an assistant professor at Department of Smart ICT Convergence Engineering in Seoul National University of Science and Technology (SeoulTech). I received B.S. degree in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering from Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH), Korea, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering from Seoul National University (SNU), Korea. Before studying for my degrees, I was a research engineer at Samsung Electronics. I also was a postdoctoral researcher in the Institute of Computer Technology (Department of Computer Science and Engineering) at Seoul National University (SNU). My research interest focuses on system software including operating systems, file and storage systems, parallel and distributed systems, and database systems.
