Yes! All artwork is hand-painted and completely original—no prints or duplicates unless stated otherwise.

POLICIES.
Processing Time:
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Each piece is handled with care to ensure it arrives safely to your doorstep.
Shipping Locations:
At this time, we ship within the United States. If you're located internationally, feel free to contact us directly to see if a special arrangement can be made.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated based on location and will be included in the final invoice or payment form (not included on the website). In some cases, flat-rate shipping may be offered.
Delivery Issues:
If your artwork arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses, however, we will try our best to assist you if this occurs.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your address is entered correctly when submitting your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
All Sales Are Final:
Due to the handmade and original nature of each Huroof artwork, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
Damaged or Lost Items:
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier or offer a suitable resolution where possible. Please note that we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses, however, we will try our best to assist you if this occurs.
Custom Orders:
Custom or commissioned pieces are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. However, if there’s a problem with your custom order, please reach out and we’ll be happy to review your concern.
