This document states that you (hereinafter referred to as the user (s))

Data management policy (hereinafter document):
§ 1 When visiting / using / consuming each website / service / content within the competence of the HUNMEDIA Broadcasting and Informatics Foundation (hereinafter "the Foundation"), you accept the provisions of the "Data Management Principles of the HUNMEDIA Broadcasting and Informatics Foundation".

§ 6 The named foundation undertakes that the physics / technical / cyber attacks initiated against them will act in the appropriate legal way, applying for their report.
§ 7 The named foundation undertakes to give the user (s) every opportunity to change their data, otherwise they will investigate the problem within 7 working days of the problem being reported and will take the necessary steps to rectify the error within the next 7 working days. § 10 The named basic undertaking undertakes to comply with the partnership requests within 7 working days if appropriate.
§ 11 Named foundation transfers the obligation of data storage and protection to the following service providers:

● Webnode
§ 12 The named foundation undertakes to maintain, manage and use the age ratings of 6, 15, 16, 18, child-friendly programs, horror, fear of minors, sexual references, rough language (see § 8) on the basis of the age determination system defined by it. .
§ 13 In the event of theft of any of your own trademarks / trademarks, the named standard law applies its copyright.

§ 20 The named basic standard undertakes to collect from persons who have reached the age of 16 but are under guardianship only with the prior written consent of the guardian, stores and manages data.
§ 21 Named standard reserves the right to use the contact details (E-mail address, telephone number, address) provided by users for contact.
§ 22 Named standard reserves the right to use cookies for user identification purposes.
§ 23 User (s) are free to terminate the contract with the named media service provider.
§ 24 Named basic freely may terminate the contract with the user.
