Personal Information: Name, Email address, Date of Birth, Gender.
Profile Data: Photos, Bio, Interests, Occupation.
User Content: Messages, Photos, and Short Clips (Moments) uploaded to our public feed.
Location Data: Precise GPS location for matching nearby and Radar features.
Device Information: Device ID, OS version, and IP address for security.
Core Services: Account management, matchmaking, and facilitating Video/Audio calls via Agora.
Interactive Gaming: To enable full-screen Ludo and other social games during calls.
Live Features: To manage PK Battles and track virtual gift transactions.
Safety: We use Google Gemini AI to moderate content, suggest icebreakers, and prevent harassment.
Camera & Microphone: For video calls, live streaming, and Selfie Verification.
Storage/Media: To let you upload and share Photos and Videos in "Moments."
Location: For "Blind Date Radar" and finding nearby friends.
Haptics/Tactile: To enhance the gaming (Ludo) and PK Battle experience.
Firebase (Google): For authentication, database, and push notifications.
Agora.io: For real-time high-quality video/audio communication.
Google Gemini AI: For smart content moderation and AI bios.
User Safety: We provide 24/7 in-app Blocking and Reporting tools to flag inappropriate behavior.
Encryption: All data is transmitted via HTTPS/TLS encryption.
CSAM Policy: HUMTUM has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material. Violators will be banned and reported to NCMEC.
Data Control: You can edit your profile or use Ghost Mode to hide your location.
Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the "Settings" menu. This action is irreversible.
Payments: We use secure third-party payment gateways (including Razorpay) to process transactions for virtual coins and VIP subscriptions.
Refunds: All purchases of virtual items, including "Coins," "Gifts," and "Crown Elite" subscriptions, are final. No refunds will be provided once the digital assets are credited to your account.
Chargebacks: Any fraudulent chargeback claims will lead to permanent account suspension.
