I really like this little doodad. I bought it for car travel and was pleasantly surprised to find that I could rely on it day and night in air conditioned cars and hotel rooms. I read that the battery life is limited so I plugged it into my car's USB port. It is quiet, small, and effective. My sinuses, my skin, fingernails, eyeballs - all much more comfortable than the dry, brittle, and irritated feeling I had before while traveling. The unit fit nicely in my suitcase and in a cup holder and the capacity lasted just about exactly one day or one night on spritz mode. Haven't had to replace the wick yet, but for normal use, the maintenance is minimal.
