Go to: Humana Provider Portal
In the top right corner, click the “Sign In” button.
On the sign-in page, select “Provider” from the available options.
Type your Username (or Humana ID)
Enter your Password
Press the “Sign In” button to access your provider account.
Complete any additional verification (e.g., code via text or email)
Once logged in, you can:

Submit and check claims
Request authorizations
View remittance and patient data
