About HR Trust :-


HR TRUST is a non government organization rooted on philanthropic values for the empowerment of the people in the underserved rural areas. The efforts are directed in providing the vulnerable sections of the society a respectable life without having to migrate to urban areas in search of livelihood. Our role is to act as a catalyst to channelize and fine tune the local skills and potential available in the rural sectors, redefine them to make them self reliant and self sufficient for a bright and healthy future.

Our journey started with Total Sanitation Campaign and since then we have been actively working on diversified activities like Craft, Development of eco-friendly products, Development of Market linkages, Women Empowerment, Drinking Water, Animal husbandry, Health, Education etc.


 Hitesh Chavda   (President)

Mr. Hitesh Chavada holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from saurashtra university and has over 15 years of experience in the social sector .

He brings with him a vast experience in entrepreneurship and governance with immaculate precision that provides leadership and direction to HR TRUST strategy and execution.

 H.P.Khasiya     (Vice President)

Mr. H.P KHASIYA  holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from saurashtra university and has over 10 years of experience in the social sector


Jaysukh Kachhatiya - Project Director

Mr. Jaysukh Kachhatiya  holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and has over 03 years of experience in the social sector,

Much of his work has been in leading teams and building organizational capacities for sustainable social impact at scale. Most of his work has been with the bottom of the pyramid and marginalized communities. He thrives on the challenge of making a difference in their lives 


Rajnikant Rathod- Executive Director 

Mr. Rajnikant Rathod  holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and has over 10  years of experience in the social sector, and also 

Motivating employees by being inspiring and remaining optimistic even when challenges are being faced. • Encouraging good performance and values. • Allocating resources and supplies to the staff in order to make sure they have the correct equipment to complete their responsibilities to the highest potential. • Making sure that programs and activities are being laid out efficiently and as effectively as possible. Ensure that the activities implemented are of good quality and relevant to the mission and vision of the organization. • Advocating and embracing change.11 • Being a leader by setting high standards and living by these standards, mentoring and instilling hope in coworkers and followers, and making hard decisions and critical choices.
