Effective date: October 23, 2026
Ace Lab ("we," "us," or "our") operates Hullbreaker (the "App"), available under the package identifier com.submarineace.ace. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you play, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Account and Data Deletion: You can request deletion of your Hullbreaker online player account and associated data without reinstalling or accessing the App. View the deletion instructions or email Ace Lab to request deletion.
Game progress and settings
The App stores your progress and preferences on your device, including unlocked submarines, equipment, crew, currencies, completed stages, scores, rewards, and audio and accessibility settings. Device or operating-system backup services may also back up this information, depending on your settings.
Online player information
You do not need to provide a real name, email address, password, or social-media login to play. However, online features are enabled by default. When you first use a feature requiring a player profile, including automatic cloud saving after a completed dive, the App may create a profile with a randomly generated player ID, authentication credential, display name, and player tag. You can change your display name. Please avoid using personal or sensitive information in it.
When online features are used, we process your player information, game progress, cloud saves, scores, rankings, run statistics, reward records, device platform, app version, and timestamps related to profile activity and saved progress. We also use temporary transfer codes if you choose to move your profile to another device.
Our online infrastructure processes connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver requests, limit abuse, and protect the service. Player IDs are pseudonymous identifiers; they can link your activity and progress across sessions even though you have not supplied your real-world identity.
Advertising information
Hullbreaker uses Google AdMob for rewarded advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may collect or process advertising and app identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, device information, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information. They use this information to deliver and measure ads, operate their services, and prevent fraud. Processing depends on your device, region, privacy choices, and the advertising configuration.
Support communications
If you contact us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message.
Device permissions
Hullbreaker uses internet connectivity for online services and advertising, and vibration for gameplay feedback. The App does not require access to your photos, contacts, camera, microphone, or precise GPS location to play.
We use information to:
Save and restore progress, including optional cloud saving and device transfers.
Operate player profiles, leaderboards, challenges, and rewards.
Deliver game configuration, events, and update notices.
Display and measure rewarded advertisements.
Check submitted scores, prevent cheating and abuse, and protect our services.
Respond to support requests and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to provide the services you request, for legitimate interests such as security and service operation, to meet legal obligations, or with consent where required. Consent-based processing can be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Google AdMob: provides advertising and related measurement, diagnostics, and fraud prevention. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Cloudflare: provides hosting, network security, and storage for our online features, including player profiles, cloud saves, and leaderboards. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Device backup services, app stores, and websites you visit through external links process information under their own policies. Hullbreaker does not currently integrate a separate analytics or crash-reporting SDK beyond the diagnostic and measurement functions of its advertising and hosting providers.
Your display name, player tag, scores, rankings, and relevant gameplay results may be visible to other players through leaderboards. Your cloud save and authentication credentials are not displayed publicly.
We do not sell or rent your player profile or cloud save. Information is processed by the service providers described above to operate online features and advertising. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, or secure our services. Advertising providers' processing is described in their own privacy notices.
Ace Lab provides the following ways to delete your Hullbreaker online player account and its associated data. This includes automatically created guest player accounts.
Request deletion without using the App
Email acelab@gmail.com.
Use the subject "Hullbreaker data deletion".
State that you want your Hullbreaker online player account and associated data deleted. Include your player display name and tag, if available.
You do not need to reinstall the App to submit a request. If you no longer have your player details, tell us in your email. We may ask for limited additional information to locate the account and verify ownership. Do not send authentication tokens or transfer codes. We will explain any verification steps and the expected completion time when responding to your request.
Delete your account within the App
Open Settings → Online → Delete My Online Data.
Confirm the deletion request while connected to the internet.
Data deleted
Account deletion removes the following associated records from our active application storage:
Your online player profile, including its player ID, display name, tag, and authentication record.
Your leaderboard scores, rankings records, and associated gameplay submissions.
Your online reward and claim records.
Your stored cloud save and the previous cloud-save copy maintained by the game service.
Data kept or managed separately
Local progress: online account deletion does not erase progress and settings stored on your device. Use the App's progress-reset option or your device's app-data controls to remove them.
Device backups and exported saves: manage these separately through your backup provider or by deleting the copies you keep.
Advertising-provider records: data independently held by Google AdMob and its partners is subject to their own privacy policies and deletion controls.
Legal and security records: information that must be retained for applicable legal or security requirements is kept only for the relevant purpose and period. Provider backups and security logs may remain subject to the provider's retention schedules. If we need to retain account-related information when fulfilling a request, we will explain what is retained, why, and the applicable retention period.
Retention and future play
Local progress remains on your device until it is reset, removed, or replaced. Cloud saves, player profiles, and associated online records are retained to provide online services until you request deletion or we otherwise remove them. The game does not automatically delete all player data within 90 days. Temporary transfer codes and rate-limit records expire automatically.
If you continue playing with online features enabled after deletion, a new profile and cloud save may be created. Turn Online off to prevent future game-service uploads. Turning it off does not itself delete previously uploaded information. Deleting the App alone does not delete server-side records or necessarily remove device-backup copies.
Online features: switch Online off in Settings to stop the App's online game-service activity. This switch does not disable AdMob or erase existing server records.
Local progress: use the App's progress-reset option or your device's app-data controls. Separately manage any device backups or exported save codes you retain.
Advertising: rewarded ads are optional. Advertising identifiers and personalization controls can be managed through your device's privacy or advertising settings. Consent choices may also be presented by Google's consent interface, depending on your region and the configured requirements. Declining a rewarded ad is not the same as disabling all advertising SDK processing.
Privacy requests: depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict, or object to processing of your information, and to withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing. Contact us to make a request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Hullbreaker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
The App communicates with our game-service API using HTTPS. We use access controls and authentication to protect online records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our service providers operate internationally. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ. Applicable safeguards and provider practices are described in their privacy notices.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App or its data practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
