My Verdict
Both are marketed for side sleepers, but they solve it differently. Hulaed uses soft silicone eartips in a rounded in-ear shell; MUSICOZY uses ultra-thin speakers in fabric with no ear-canal insertion. In my opinion, MUSICOZY is the lower-risk choice if ear pressure has bothered you before.
No waterproof rating is listed for MUSICOZY Modal-Fabric, so I would not swim or shower in it. Hulaed Invisible Sleep Headphones carries an IPX6 rating, and the brand lists swimming, surfing and snorkeling as supported.
Remove the Bluetooth module first, then hand wash the modal-fabric and cotton band. That removable module is the key detail — it's what makes the headband cleanable over time, which earbuds aren't.
